Since 2020, First Book and Kendra Scott have united their efforts to provide essential books to children in need, forging a powerful partnership focused on equitable education. In 2023, Kendra Scott took a significant step forward by officially launching the Kendra Scott Foundation, furthering its commitment to philanthropic endeavors and community support. The Kendra Scott Foundation is dedicated to empowering women and youth through targeted initiatives in health & wellness, education, and entrepreneurship. In line with this mission, First Book collaborated on the launch of the Kendra Scott Foundation Yellow Library program in 2023. This innovative addition to schools builds diverse library collections for schools that need them most.
