Build-A-Bear Foundation is dedicated to helping children and families achieve their best futures through its mission to add a little more heart to life and its focus on championing childhood literacy. Our long-standing partnership was rekindled in 2022 for Build-A-Bear’s 25th Anniversary, with the goal of distributing one million books and 100,000 reading buddy teddy bears to children in need by 2027. Build-A-Bear Workshop guests can support this mission by contributing a portion of their purchase of “Read Teddy” to benefit First Book, allowing us to reach even more children together.
