Logo Do’s

  • DO use the Primary Logo with Tagline if space allows
  • DO use the horizontal, full color, logo
  • DO place the logo with transparent background to avoid a “box”
  • DO leave ample clearance, (about the size of the letter “O” in the logo, as demonstrated above) to ensure maximum readability.

These are raster logos that will appear with a white background. These are great for sharing, but please avoid using these for print materials.

EPS

These are vector files that can be edited using design software. These should be reserved for sending to a printer or designer. Vector files maintain quality as they scale.

Pages Icon

Please use the full color icon where ever possible. There may be special cases where a single color icon is required (1 color printing or 1 color embroidery, for example.) This would be the only time use of the single icon use is acceptable.

Special Use Cases

Please use the full color primary logo where ever possible. There may be special cases where a single color logo is required (1 color printing or 1 color embroidery, for example.) This would be the only time use of the single color logo is acceptable.

Please use the transparent white logo as a watermark to protect First Book’s published videos and imagery. Both black and white versions of the primary logo can be downloaded above.

Brand Colors

Primary Colors

First Book’s primary color palette is navy blue and cyan.

Secondary Colors

The secondary color palette, comprised of dark red, dark purple, green and cool gray, is to be utilized as the supporting scheme to the primary palette. These colors are to be used in a more limited, attention grabbing way with callouts, text backgrounds, and wherever necessary to highlight or emphasize, etc.
