Dr. Seuss Enterprises Gifts the New Dr. Seuss Learn & Play App to Students in Title I Schools Across the Country in Partnership with First Book

Groundbreaking Digital Experience, Debuting Today, Will Feature Enriching Games and Content Incorporating Iconic Dr. Seuss Characters and Let Children Safely Explore in an Ad-Free Environment Without Need for Wifi Connection

San Diego, CA - October 22, 2026–Dr. Seuss Enterprises announced today that they will gift free access to the newly launched Dr. Seuss: Learn & Play app to preschool and early-grade students at Title I schools across the country and other low-income community programs in collaboration with First Book.  The groundbreaking digital experience for children ages 2 to 8, will debut with + 100 games kids can use to develop early learning skills through iconic characters like The Cat in the Hat, The Grinch, The Lorax, Fox in Socks, One Fish Two Fish, The Sneetches, and many more. Unlike other digital experiences and apps for children, the Dr. Seuss Learn & Play app will provide parents with a resource they can trust in their kids’ hands with no ads or in-app purchase content, no behavioral or data tracking, and with no WIFI connection needed.  Students at Title I  Schools will be able to access the app for free for up to a year. Families with kids who are not attending Title I schools can download the app today from the iOS with a subscription priced at $7.99 per month.

Every game will map to at least one STEAM category and one developmental domain. While they enjoy the app, kids will develop their cognitive, social-emotional, motor, language and creative skills

After its initial release, Dr. Seuss: Learn & Play  will continue to expand with new games and experiences every month.
