Diverse Books for All Coalition

Since 2022, First Book has partnered with the Diverse Books for All Coalition, a national consortium of nonprofit organizations and networks working together to increase access to affordable, high-quality books that reflect a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. By ensuring that more children see themselves and their experiences represented in the stories they read, this collaboration fosters belonging, sparks meaningful conversations, and expands access to stories that celebrate all voices. By joining forces with organizations across the country, the coalition creates a collective impact, working to bridge the gap in education and ensure that every child has books that inspire and reflect them.
