LA Chargers Impact Fund

Since 2020, First Book and the Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund have made a significant impact on the Los Angeles community by distributing over 10,000 books to kids in low-income communities. Through their Bolts Book Club program, they have provided access to books for students and teachers throughout Southern California. The Chargers Impact Fund’s mission to empower youth, generate access, and create opportunity in under-resourced neighborhoods aligns with First Book’s mission to remove barriers to equitable education. Through this partnership, the LA Chargers Impact Fund and First Book are working to foster a love of reading and learning, ultimately helping to shape a brighter future for the youth in Los Angeles.
